Amfo has a rich portfolio of experience with food and its business management of it. Notable among them is offering catering services for a State Banquet Cocktail held in honor of the Prince of Wales hosted by HE the President and First Lady of Ghana, catered for Prince Charles and Duchess of Cornwall. Amfo has been the private chef for Hollywood actor Mr. Idris Elba
and family on multiple trips to Ghana and other African countries as well as Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter Inc, Chelsea football stars, world bank executives amongst others. In addition to his love for the culinary arts, Amfo works with the United Nations, specifically the UNHCR as a Goodwill ambassador advocating, creating awareness, and raising funds for refugees across Africa.
He has been featured on many media platforms including the BBC world, Food Network, and other local and international publications. He has travelled extensively across Europe, Asia,
and Africa to render his services.

Kwame has always believed the purpose of living is to look after one another, this mindset as well as growing up in a family where giving was a part of the core values he set out on charitable causes at an early age.
From making small donations to children’s homes and street children he maximized his efforts as he entered the world of business shortly after the UNHCR recognised his efforts.
Kwame was announced as a Goodwill Ambassador for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency on 3 December 2020. Kwame is a member of the LuQuLuQu campaign and has helped to raise awareness and support for people forced to flee.
In 2018, Kwame hosted a private dinner with some notable personalities to discuss the refugee issue and the importance of supporting families forced to flee, where he auctioned customized chocolates and donated all proceeds to UNHCR. Also in 2018, Kwame developed the Celebrity Carwash to raise funds and awareness in support of families forced to flee.
His private chef services to raise funds for people forced to flee. He also participated in the Step for Safety walks in Ghana in 2018 and 2019.
He actively participated in several LuQuLuQu initiatives during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic which were aimed at raising funds to support forcibly displaced families in the fight against the spread of coronavirus in refugee camps. Kwame continues to make personal donations and encourages his network of friends to also donate to the cause.
Kwame remains passionate about the plight of refugee families and continues to support UNHCR with ongoing engagement to change the narrative of an African refugees.
Kwame is a co-founder of Sole purpose, a humanitarian organization. The aim of Sole purpose is to provide shoes to the homeless or anyone who needs them. The sole purpose concentrates mostly on street kids.
