Kwame Amfo is a Ghanaian culinary entrepreneur and hospitality strategist whose work spans luxury private dining, restaurant development, hospitality consulting, and African culinary advocacy.

Having worked extensively across Accra, Monaco and the South of France, London, Lagos, Italy and New York, Kwame has built a reputation for delivering elevated dining experiences rooted in authenticity, elegance, and intentional hospitality.

Alongside his culinary work, he has lectured in business and hospitality, consulted for high-end restaurant concepts, and collaborated on projects focused on culture, sustainability, and social
impact.
